Temperature and process control and monitoring system<\/strong>
The data acquisition software is based on a scada system. It is an extremely easy-to-use application designed by and for users. It allows us to view all the readings in plant in real-time at a glance (refreshing every second), including numerical and graphical records, alarm registration and monitoring, and even enables the option to send emails directly in case of alarm. Being an open system, it allows us to fully adjust both the environment and the possibilities of the application, thus adapting to the customer’s specific requirements.<\/p>\n

The alarm management system enables us to visualize active alarms in real-time or alarms that were previously active but are no longer in that state. With a simple mouse click, it is possible to add written text to record any incidents that occurred during the alarm condition. A practical color code helps to easily view the status of alarms.<\/p>\n

The system allows us to control temperatures either automatically or manually, giving us full control over the valves and, most importantly, the entire process. Any ideas or suggestions will be collected by our technical department, who will develop the project to your specifications. It is also possible to control the application directly over the internet. With direct access via webserver, we can access our application from anywhere as if we were at the base station, all protected with a Username and Password.
